Can catered pizzas be provided for outdoor events?
Yes! As we mentioned above, many pizza restaurants and catering companies can offer a mobile catering service that can cook up fresh pizzas for your next event or outdoor gathering.
However, it's important to discuss the logistics and requirements of the event venue with the catering company beforehand. Some may require access to running water, shade or power.
Can I customise the toppings and crusts for my pizza order?
Sort of. Let us explain. The majority of our pizza caterers do offer different crusts for dietary restrictions, with a regular wheat base and a gluten-free base available.
When it comes. to toppings though, it is a bit more strict. You'll usually have a pretty wide range of topping combinations to choose from on each caterer's menu, but being able to create a completely customised pizza isn't possible at this time.
However, if there are allergies or dietary restrictions, they may be a bit more flexible. Give us a call on 1300 851 900 and we'll see how we're able to help and find the best pizza provider for your needs.
How many pizzas should I order for my corporate event or team lunch?
The number of pizzas you should order depends on the number of guests and their appetites. As a general rule of thumb for food quantities, one pizza that's cut into 8-12 slices can feed 2-3 people.
Of course, pizzas do come in all shapes and sizes, so it's best to double check on each supplier's menu when ordering. We note sizing as clearly as possible! It is always better to order a few extra to ensure that everyone is satisfied, though.
